John Baier has 35 years of experience as a Managing Partner and also has served as a company executive. As Managing Partner, he built a basically scratch agency into one of the premier agencies in the world. Baier was the 2013 inductee into the GAMA International Hall of Fame, the highest distinction in the financial services industry.
He is the founder of the internationally practiced 25-Point System for Managers and Advisors. As a company executive, Baier coached high-level industry leaders, ran a program to increase MDRT membership, and took his company from ranking 33rd in membership to 14th in one year. He instituted project retention and increased third prior retention from 5.3 percent to 8.5 percent in one year. During this period, he ran the Agency Channel of Distribution, increasing the number of sales and proactive agents by 33 percent over the prior year.
